Terms and Conditions

1. Bookings & Reservations

At Twilight Bites, we pride ourselves on delivering bespoke culinary experiences. To ensure the highest quality of service, all bookings are considered provisional until a formal quote has been signed and the initial deposit has been received. We recommend booking at least 4 weeks in advance for large corporate events and 6 months for weddings.

A final headcount must be confirmed no later than 14 business days prior to the event date. This number will be used as the minimum for billing purposes.

2. Payment Terms

To secure your date, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total estimated cost is required upon booking. The remaining balance is due in full 10 business days before the event scheduled date.

• Payments can be made via Bank Transfer (BACS) or major Credit/Debit cards.
• Late payments may incur a surcharge of 5% per week.
• All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

3. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. However, as bespoke menu creation involves early procurement of specialized ingredients and staffing commitments, the following charges apply:

4. Dietary Requirements

Twilight Bites is committed to inclusive dining. However, please note that our kitchens handle allergens including nuts, gluten, and dairy. While we take extreme care to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment.

All specific dietary requirements and life-threatening allergies must be submitted in writing at least 10 days before the event.

5. Liability & Insurance

Twilight Bites maintains comprehensive Public Liability Insurance. We are not liable for any delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure), inclusive of extreme weather, industrial action, or government restrictions.
